What is Kangen™ water?
Kangen™ water is alkaline ionized water that can be obtained through a compact machine that hooks up to your faucet. First, the water is purified when it passes through the solid carbon block filter. Next, the water is ionized through electrolysis, as it passes through seven platinum-coated titanium plates. The electrolysis process splits the water into two parts: alkaline (hydrogen-rich) and acidic (oxygen rich). The resulting alkaline water, or Kangen™ water, has incredible deoxidizing properties, and has been used to treat many kinds of illnesses and diseases in Japan.Please note: This water does not actually heal any illnesses. The water allows your body to alkalize and correct itself.
Do these machines have to be plugged in all the time?
No, Only when you want to use them. I leave mine on all the time but you could unplug it when you are not using it.
What is the shelf life of an extra filter if I order one with the Machine?
As long as the filter is unopened, it will last 20 years plus. Maybe indefinitely.
If I went on Vacation, does this Machine still need to be plugged in?
No, it only needs to be plugged in when you want to use it.
Can these Machines be hooked up to any Faucet? Even a Bathroom Faucet?
You can hook these machines up to any faucet that will fit the adapters. Enagic sends you the most common when you get the unit. If yours is not in the ones they send, Home Depot or any plumbing store will usually have one. Some bathroom faucets are not threaded for a adapter so you might want to look at yours if you want to use it there. Any water source that you can turn on and off will work with the unit if it has some kind of threads to get an adapter for.
Will it harm the Machine if it is unplugged for a while or over night?
No, the unit only needs power when it is working.
I guess these Machines clean themselves, and they know when to do this?
Yes, the Unit will tell you when it needs cleaning. You just need to run water thru it and it cleans itself.
Can I order a Unit thru this web site?
Yes of course. I can send you the order form and/or e-mail it to you and help you fill it out.
Do you have a secure web site for a Credit Card?
What I would suggest is, when you fill out the form, we can fax or mail it in, and you can put in the CC information on it. That way it is never put on the internet. I do have a pay pal account you can order from but it charges 3 percent. Again the safest way is to fill out the info on the form and send it in.
How can I try the water before purchasing a unit?
